Pilates

Pilates is a physical fitness system developed in the early 20th century by Joseph Pilates. It focuses on the core postural muscles which help keep the body balanced and which are essential to provide support for the spine. In particular, it teaches awareness of breath and alignment of the spine and aims to strengthen the deep torso muscles.

We offer 2 day courses that provide an instruction to the basic principles (mind over matter, breathing, centering, concentration, control and precision). We will teach you how to do the exercises and set up your own personal regime for the future.
