For practical purposes meditation and yoga are a valuable tool against the stresses of modern day existence.
We offer 2 day courses that provide an introduction to the basic principles of meditation and yoga and will teach you how to use meditation and yoga to set up your own personal regime for a less stressful and more peaceful future.
