Learn to climb at some of the most famous crags in the uk from the famous Stanage Edge to hidden gems like agden roacher, nestled within an oak woodland. Refresh from the every day routines and become close to nature, taking in amazing scenery and breath-taking views, learn about the flora and fauna of the local area.
A fulfilling activity, leaving with a great sense of achievement and lasting memories. Includes learning the basic climbing techniques and communication: fitting a harness; tying in knots; and guide book interpretation.
Rock climbing is a popular activity in the Peak District; particularly on edges such as Stanage or Froggatt.

Indoor climbing and bouldering all year round.
All equipment required for the activity is provided, clients will need suitable, comfortable clothing for the weather conditions, including water proofs. Trainers or sensible footwear.
Snacks, drinks or a pack lunch are welcome for this activity.
There is usually a short walk to the climbing venue, ranging between 5 - 20 minutes, and can sometimes include walking up hill. There are no toilet facilities at the crags.
Typically half a day;
9:30am to 1:00pm
1:00pm to 4:30pm
3 or more participents
Evening sessions can be provided to suit work commitments, times can be negotiated and costs will be determined from times.
Can combine climbing or bouldering sessions with abseiling.
All instructors are qualified, and hold up to date First Aid training. Policies and Procedures including Risk Assessments are in place.
